Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in/check-out guests using property management systems
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new systems
- Punctual and reliable with professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
