Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying identification and collecting payments.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, responding to inquiries regarding amenities, directions, and local services.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions with high accuracy and integrity.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as wake-up calls, room service, or transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
