Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on problem-solving and satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist in coordinating room service requests and housekeeping activities.
- Process payments and handle cash handling with accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel software is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
