Responsibilities

- Manage check-in/check-out processes using our proprietary hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
