Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain the pristine condition of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with event coordination and banquet service during peak hours.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
