Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries using hotel property management systems.
- Assist in the maintenance of the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Conduct nightly audits and security checks to ensure guest safety and property security.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel front desk environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
