Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests across front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in all guest interactions
- Participate in shift handovers and team briefings to ensure continuity of service
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Basic proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Valid California driver's license for valet positions (if applicable)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
