Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional check-in and check-out services, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests.
- Reservations Management: Accurately process reservations and modify existing bookings using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate them to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Security & Access: Manage key cards, access codes, and lobby security to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to coordinate guest needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly demeanor with a strong focus on guest relations.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
