Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, valet, or concierge stations
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures and room assignments
- Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
