Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering phone inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and elevators.
- Support the housekeeping department with room preparation and ensuring high cleanliness standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary and events teams to facilitate seamless guest services.
- Uphold company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
