Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes using our hotel management software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person promptly.
- Handle guest requests, including room service orders, wake-up calls, and local recommendations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest stay.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (typing skills are a plus).
- A genuine passion for customer service and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to the NYC location.
