Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas with attention to detail
- Assist with food service and beverage operations in our on-site restaurant
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
- Support special events and seasonal guest needs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone!
- Must be 18+ years old with legal work authorization
- Outstanding customer service mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic English communication skills (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Quick learner with adaptability to new processes
