Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status updates
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Operate hotel management systems and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout public areas
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
