Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures for guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Manage reservation inquiries and assist with room upgrades or changes to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints and requests promptly with a solution-oriented mindset and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality control.
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and balance daily reports.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest engagement.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
