Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at check-in, check-out, and during guest interactions
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas following hygiene standards
- Process reservations, manage room assignments, and operate hotel management systems
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Assist with food & beverage service in our signature restaurant and bar
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns with empathy
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Washington State Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain)
