Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Assist with event setup and guest functions
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Massachusetts food handler certification (if applicable)
- Basic knowledge of Boston attractions and local services
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
