Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Process payments and manage guest accounts using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide local recommendations and information to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle front-of-house duties during peak hours, including managing queues and assisting with luggage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
