Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/check-out and concierge assistance
- Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) and maintain accurate records
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous room inspections and public area maintenance
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 0-2 years experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Proficient with basic technology (email, booking systems)
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for errands if required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
