As a Night Shift Hotel Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and comfortable stay while they sleep. We offer a competitive hourly rate, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor the hotel premises for security and safety, conducting regular patrols and maintaining a secure environment.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in-person, providing top-tier customer service.
- Assist in light housekeeping duties to ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage the night audit process, including balancing accounts and reconciling daily financial transactions.
- Coordinate with day staff to ensure a smooth handover of operations and communicate any urgent issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
