Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming guest experience.
- Manage staff schedules, including night shifts and weekend coverage, to meet business demands.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a premium service mindset and immediate resolution.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance across all hotel areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage front desk transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to uphold our brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Hospitality or Business degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Proven ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
