Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk and throughout the hotel
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and maintenance requests
- Manage reservations and answer guest inquiries via phone/email
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support event setup and guest activities as needed
Qualifications
