Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and presentable.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with safety regulations.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them immediately to supervisors.
- Organize closets and furniture to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and interact respectfully with guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (typically 4-6 hours).
- Basic physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
