Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure, creating a lasting first impression.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and inquiries regarding local attractions and services.
- Phone Operations: Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, taking accurate messages and resolving customer issues promptly.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area, ensuring all public spaces meet our high standards of presentation.
- Reservations Support: Assist the front desk team with managing room inventory and processing reservations accurately.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or requests with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the manager when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience required; we train enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new property management software quickly.
