Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Assist with room preparation and maintain pristine public areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with accuracy
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid California driver's license preferred
