Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at check-in, check-out, and during guest inquiries
- Maintain clean and organized public areas, including lobbies and restrooms
- Assist with housekeeping duties including room preparation and deep cleaning
- Support food and beverage operations in restaurant/bar areas
- Handle basic administrative tasks like reservations and billing inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required—we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license (for errands)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
