Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and concierge services
- Assist with housekeeping coordination, room status updates, and maintenance requests
- Manage reservations, phone inquiries, and guest correspondence professionally
- Collaborate with departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service quality and attention to detail
- Participate in training programs to develop hospitality skills and product knowledge
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
