Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during assigned shifts, including check-in/out, concierge support, and room assistance
- Operate hotel management systems efficiently to process reservations and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and front desk spaces
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams during shift handovers
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and hotel operational standards
- Assist with event setup and guest activities as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn hotel software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
