Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk and check-in/check-out stations
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status updates
- Manage guest inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism
- Support maintenance requests and facility inspections
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred
