Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout guest stays
- Manage reservation systems and address guest inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in all interactions
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve guest requests promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation
