Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-in/check-out stations, and valet areas
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution with professionalism
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed for guest room readiness
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-department teams for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public spaces and work areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred for vaule positions
- Previous hospitality experience a plus but not required
