What You Will Do:
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life. Your daily tasks will include assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring the front lobby is organized and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage guest registrations and check-outs efficiently using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, transferring messages or taking orders as necessary.
- Assist with luggage handling, concierge requests, and general guest relations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card processing accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a calm, efficient, and empathetic manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or hotel software is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- A professional, neat appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
