Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservations and answer guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status updates
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with on-the-job training
- Collaborate with dining, events, and maintenance teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Uphold brand standards for safety and service quality
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train you!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy (we teach hotel-specific systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
