Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through check-in/out, concierge support, and personalized assistance
- Manage reservation systems, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail and presentation
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS reservation systems
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (for airport shuttle duties)
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish highly valued
