Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, checking them in efficiently using property management systems.
- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and transfer calls or take accurate messages.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries, provide directions, and handle special requests to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, manage petty cash, and prepare nightly reports.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn hotel software quickly.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
