Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, valet, or concierge stations
- Perform housekeeping duties including room turnover and public area maintenance
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Coordinate with departments for seamless guest requests and issue resolution
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards in all guest areas
- Assist during peak hours with check-ins, check-outs, and event support
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through collaboration and communication
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Valid Florida driver's license for valet positions (if applicable)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
