Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts and front desk operations overnight
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Monitor security systems and building access during night hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle cash transactions and balance night shift registers
- Prepare reports for morning management team
- Ensure common areas remain clean and secure
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid Texas driver's license (if valet duties required)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
