Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at check-in/check-out
- Assist with room preparation and housekeeping duties
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and facilities
- Support hotel events and special guest requests
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided

- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends)
