Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns in a calm and solution-oriented manner to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards of excellence.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily sales.
- Uphold all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Front Desk systems).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
