Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk and throughout the property
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and manage reservations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Support event setup and guest functions as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (typing skills preferred)
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
