Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and guest rooms
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with on-the-job training
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
