Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints immediately to ensure 5-star service standards.
- Process payments, manage room keys, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Uphold hotel safety and security protocols at all times.
- Assist with lobby management and general concierge duties during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
- Previous front desk or guest service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is an asset.
