Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, develop annual budgets, forecast revenue, and implement cost control strategies to maximize profitability.
- Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with VIP guests and resolve complex issues to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work culture that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy rates and develop local marketing initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or resort setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and financial reporting tools.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving operational improvements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
