Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-in/check-out processes, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas, including lobbies and restrooms
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room preparation tasks
- Operate reservation systems and manage booking inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel operational standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license if driving hotel shuttle (if applicable)
