Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food service areas
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas to brand standardsProcess reservations and check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train motivated newcomers!
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
