Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces to exceed hygiene standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly organized
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly to management
- Adhere to hotel safety protocols and sustainable cleaning practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover times
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain inventory control for cleaning supplies and linens
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
