Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and reservation management
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and guest room preparation
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with departments for seamless service
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and maintain accurate records
- Support daily operations including luggage assistance, valet services, and concierge duties
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth departmental workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn hotel systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No experience required – training provided
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet duties if assigned)
