Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping functions
- Operate reservation systems and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas according to brand standards
- Collaborate with departments to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest services
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
