Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk and throughout the hotel
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain clean and organized public areas and guest rooms
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate hotel systems and basic office equipment

Qualifications
