Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts (evenings/nights)
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure optimal coverageResolve guest inquiries and service escalations with professionalism
- Conduct quality assurance inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Handle emergency situations following established protocols
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards
- Prepare shift reports and operational summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel supervisory experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work in fast-paced environment
