Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out
- Manage reservations and front desk operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and facilities
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Assist with event setup and guest functions
Qualifications
